Involvement of residents in the improvement of the city.
The formation of street development regulations will create prerequisites for the restoration of the lost friendly and pleasing to the eye historical atmosphere of the city.
High fences in front of the houses completely block the beautiful facade and distort the traditional view of Tarusa Street, which has been depicted many times by artists and described by writers.
The town of Tarusa has a long tradition of urban development. Fences stood flush with the houses, and front gardens were arranged in front of the houses.
