Tryokhgornaya Manufacture Trade and Exhibition Center

The two buildings of the trade and exhibition center are the foremost structures on the territory of Trekhgornaya Manufacture, welcoming the guests and directing them further into the premises. The bigger building serves commercial purposes — trade and exhibition — and has a restaurant on the fourth floor. The smaller building is a museum of Trekhgornaya Manufacture’s history. The design of the buildings is carried out to include weaving motifs. Narrow vertical apertures, widened at the bottom, are references to the image of a loom in the process of upside down weaving. The vertical articulation of the walls, continuing onto the roof surface, creates an illusion of yarn strings, wrapped around the building.
